Michael was on time arriving and finished the brake job more quickly than anticipated (less than an hour). He was friendly and did good work.

He showed up on time, was there to fix and replace the spark plugs. Had an issue with them and asked why I needed them replaced. I explained why. He then informed me its not the spark plugs you need a new battery. He adjusted the service call and then stated my rear brakes are needing replacement and they can quote that and set up the next appointment. I think I have found my new service shop.
