2012 Kia Optima 54,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Robert was wonderful to work with! I needed my timing and serpentine belts replaced on my 2007 Kia Optima v6. My appointment window was 12:30-1, Robert called me around 12:30 to let me know he would be closer to 1. He arrived and was very warm and kind, he asked me if there's anything else I wanted him to take a look at. I kept checking in on him every hour or so and he would update me on what he was doing (even though I'm basically car clueless). The whole process took around 4 hours, partly because he had to run to the store because he was sent the wrong part. Robert even helped me with some hanging plastic damage (cosmetic) that happened a few weeks prior due to running over a tire on the highway. The next day my car was driving super smoothly and I could tell she got the TLC she needed from Robert. Thanks again Robert!

Quick worker and very helpful

Raymond called us to see if he could start early. That was a pleasant start to the day. He was very thorough and efficient. He is an asset to the company. If I ever need to use your services again I can only hope to get him again.
