Patrick arrived on time and fixed the starter issue we were having. He explained what the issue was and how we could prevent it from recurring. He was knowledgeable and happy to stop and answer other questions regarding car maintenance in general. We'd certainly trust him to work on our cars in the future.

Trung called 20 minutes before appointment to let me know he would be arriving in 10 minutes which I thought was great. When he arrived he appeared very professional and explained to me all the services that would be performed on my vehicle. So I left him the keyes, went back into my office and 45 minutes later he called to let me know my vehicle was done. When I came out he showed me that my air filter was extremely dirty and offered to run to the parts store and pick one up and it would only cost me the $23.00 additional for the filter. I absolutely thought this was tremendous service. Trung went far beyond any expectations I had for a mobile mechanic service and I will surely be recommending Trung and Yourmechanic to all my friends and family. Eliud was so great. He talked me through everything, explained all option without ever pressuring me to do anything. He worked to be sure I didn't have to spend money unnecessarily and was really patient and helpful. I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything or that he was doing anything other than trying to honestly help me. I will DEFINITELY be calling on him again. Way better than going to the dealership. EXCELLENT customer service.
