Amazing!! Amazing!! I could not recommend Chris anymore than the utmost best mechanic out there. I had no idea what I was going to do when my car literally would not turn on last night. I was very very scared as I have no clue about anything about cars and I couldn't even get it out of my garage. I checked my oil and my oil was fine, so I thought UH-OH. What am I going to do?! I have no help or support system at all. I googled mechanics and "what to do if your car won't start." I came across YourMechanic and had no idea this service even existed! My only other option would have been to get a tow truck to get it to a mechanic and the tow would have been at least $400, PLUS the mechanic's prices. Yikes!! To have a mechanic come to your house and help you out with car troubles, boy what a Godsend. There was good communication from beginning to end via text, email, and Chris called ahead of time to let me know he was even going to be early! Woo hoo even better. He explained to me many options and was very thorough in ways he could even save me money by not even going through his company. Luckily, in my case it was a dead battery. He quickly went to the corner store, bought a battery, and came right back to my house, and even took a look at other things with my car that might need future attention and noticed how awful my AC filter was and replaced that as well! I am so so SO stoked to have found this company! Amazing all around. If you are all alone in this world and have no family or support system, like me and have no one to help you out, when your car goes DEAD!!, YourMechanic is the way to go! He was very knowledgeable about cars in general. Wonderful wonderful. I recommended to my roommate as well. I was starting to look at bus schedule routes, which were very confusing and I'm so grateful to have my car back today! I have to go on many job interviews and have night class next week and I was downright scared everything was going to fall through. This service is WONDERFUL!!

Was a great experience. Chriss texted me lil ahead of time of appointment , which was appreciated because I almost fell back asleep *(lol)* also in my response message was about why he's hear as a heads up, was New Battery is probably the issue , my worst thought would of been if was a starter problem. We talked noticed his back of his phone was similar to mine and turns out yr years new phone then mine, but cool to see another Glxy member. XD Then i noticed it may rain soon. Told Chriss it has been a awhile since oil change has happened. I was told he needed to get some supplies and return and start. but over all.. Sorry Honestly this is the most i've typed ...Great Job done mane ;p

Mr. Ronald was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I was not able to meet him in person due to having surgery the day before. He did meet with my mom and was very professional and friendly.
