Kevin was everything I hoped for in a mechanic. He was friendly, polite, informative, and most importantly did not treat me as incapable of comprehending because I am a woman. This is extremely important to me, so I thank you for the great customer service. He spent a good while with my Kia and was very clear in his explanation of what was happening and what needs attention. While he did not resolve my main issue, he asked me to track it and provide him with more information if I could. I look forward to seeing him next week.

I had scheduled Mr. Tran to come replace a starter for me recently. I didn't plan the appointment very well and low and behold, it ended up raining pretty hard while he was in the middle of the job. I felt bad -- but I made sure I appreciated his skill and ability to complete the task. Thanks again, car has had no problems starting (knock on wood) since the starter has been replaced.

Mechanic showed up on time, repaired my vehicle in a timely manner. When he was done he explained what he did on my car and showed me what he recommends attention too.
