Car would not start so I booked Paul to come out for a diagnosis. He arrived on time, was extremely polite, and he was able to answer all my questions easily. Turns out it was a dead battery, and he was able to jump the car. Afterwards he offered to follow me to the nearest store to purchase a battery. I think that was above and beyond customer service etiquette.
