2016 Hyundai Equus 11,250 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

My car couldn't start. After searching online and comparing the symptoms, I believed it was due to a failed alternator that slowly drained the battery. I booked the first available appointment at 1:15pm and I also left a note stating that he could come earlier if he finished his morning job earlier. On the day before the appointment, a friend drove me to AutoZone to have the car battery full charged. On the day of the appointment, I received a text at 11:25am saying he was on his way. He arrived at 11:45am. He asked me who diagnosed the alternator failure. I told him the symptoms and the information I found online. He agreed. It is great that he wanted to make sure the diagnosis was correct first. 50 minutes later, he had the alternator replaced and also gave me a quote for another service needed. Since my car battery was already fully charged, I was able to drive the car right away. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him.

I truly enjoyed having Theodore come and work on my car, I was a little skeptical about a company who sends mechanics to your home, but WOW was I impressed and will be using him for all of my car maintenance needs and so will my husband!

Kevin was kind, knowledgable, and hilarious. He showed me ways to save money, not get scammed by mechanics, and explained everything he was doing in a way that I could even understand and I know nothing about cars!
