Collins was prompt and in speaking with him about the issues I was having, it was clear that he was an expert. He immediately found the problem and made sure that I understood and saw exactly what the problem was with my car. He also booked my fillip appointment for me when I had technical issues with the app.

Hugh was friendly, he explained the installation & answered all my questions, and he was happy to make small talk during the install while I watched. But he was almost 2 hours early!!! This caused considerable stress at home, but we were able to make it work. Had we understood the earlier time was optional as he explained after arrival, then there would be no issues to report.
