Khrishna notified me when he was on his way and arrived early. He immediately diagnosed the problem (bad battery) and explained the problem, solution and cost for a new battery. He actually had a (special sized) new battery and installed it. Afterwards he did a very methodical and thorough inspection, inflated the tires and reset the TPS. Afterward, he described what he found and did during the inspection. All the way through he was very professional, courteous and did a good job. The only regret I have is not correctly diagnosing the problem myself and having to pay nearly $400 + the new battery, but that's the cost of having the mechanic come to you and diagnosing an electrical problem when the car has 0 juice..
