Andrew was on time, communicated well, and worked quick! It was a simple fix and he describes the issue in detail, which was super helpful and will help me prevent the issue from occurring again in the future.

Christopher arrived on time as scheduled - got to work quickly. He went thru and found a temporary fix for my issue until I could get him scheduled to do the full extent of the work. I had only booked him for an inspection to see what the issue might be. His work potentially may avoid me an excess of costs for now, so I am hopeful when he completes the rest of the work it will be good to go. Also was able to schedule him to come back out on Sunday - which was great not having to re-book someone online.
