2005 Honda Insight 120,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

As a first time user of "Your Mechanic" services I was unsure what to expect. Joe arrived a little earlier than the appointment which was fine with me. It was not unexpected since I was able to track him using the app. He expertly completed the strut replacement within the estimated time. Joe was polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Following completion of the repair he gave the car a thorough inspection and took it for a test ride. Joe took care to completely clean the work area. I will undoubtedly call on Joe for future automobile repairs and service. Did I mention the $200 I saved compared to a brick and mortar garage estimate?

What a pleasant and no stress experience! Nolan was highly organized and methodical. The work was accomplished in a timely manner despite a wrong part being ordered (my fault). He genuinely cares about doing excellent work for a fair price. The whole experience convinced me I’ll never gamble on looking for a mechanic out of the yellow pages again. Thank you!

Larry is the man! He went above and beyond due to several different issue that were out of his control. However, remained professional through the entire process and still completed the work in a timely manner. I would recommend Larry to anyone.
