Nicholas showed up on time, thoroughly explained what he was going to do, and promptly did it in the exact time estimated. Once he was done, he showed me pictures of everything he had done/found, as well as the old part he removed. I had (what I consider) something fairly critical done to my car, and he did a fantastic job! I've already recommended this services to my friends, and won't hesitate to use him again for future repairs!
