2008 Honda CR-V 70,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

As a first time user of "Your Mechanic" services I was unsure what to expect. Joe arrived a little earlier than the appointment which was fine with me. It was not unexpected since I was able to track him using the app. He expertly completed the strut replacement within the estimated time. Joe was polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Following completion of the repair he gave the car a thorough inspection and took it for a test ride. Joe took care to completely clean the work area. I will undoubtedly call on Joe for future automobile repairs and service. Did I mention the $200 I saved compared to a brick and mortar garage estimate?

Alfred arrived right on time for both appts. The first had to be rescheduled because of an error on the website that wrongly diagnosed the part that needed to be replaced. Alfred was courteous about the whole thing even though I had just wasted his time. We got a second appt. scheduled. Again, he was right on time -- a little early. He fixed my door lock, replacing the actuator. I'm very happy to recommend him.
