Walter was helpful and very nice to myself and my family. He also stayed until sundown to finish installing the battery. Unfortunately the battery still doesn't hold a charge and I don't know if a new AC Compressor will change that. The other suggested changes (to my wipers, etc.) make the cost too much for me to pay in the future. I might call to install the compressor (or alternator, if need be) but I'll have to have those done separately at a more payable cost. My dealings with the GMC dealer were always way too expensive and time consuming, and that's still the case. Still, I thank Walter for the time and effort to fix the problem, as it means a lot to me and my family.

Very professional and knowledgeable. This was my first time using this service and I was very impressed with the service. Chris was very skilled and efficient at his job. Would definitely recommend and use again.
