1997 Ford Windstar 65,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

This was my best experience with a mechanic and the service I received far surpassed my expectations.. Great customer service, friendly and honest. Car is running great. Will be back in a heart beat.

Dustin had to wait at the store to pick up a part, but gave me plenty of notice that he would be a bit late. When he arrived he was apologetic for the tardiness, and got right to work. Friendly and professional I handed him the keys and within 30 min my car was back up and running like new.

Jean was right on time. We chatted about the job to be sure there were no surprises. He was very polite and never complained about the 94 degree heat. He test drove it and was finished in under two hours. I got new rear brake pads and rotors; a rear wiper blade; brake line flush; and oil change with filter. I had taken the vehicle to a tire shop for an estimate and the guy told me he couldn’t beat the price and would have had to charge me at least $200 more. I’ll definitely request Jean the next time I use “Your Mechanic”.
