Andrew was running late but, he called and let me know. He was having a bad day and this is understandable when doing repairs on any thing. He was able to determine what the problem was and get the parts ordered along with making a new appointment time to do the repairs.

I really appreciate when a mechanic lets me know what my vehicle actually needs. Dameron was courteous and thorough in his work, even showing me what was wrong in a way I understood.

Fernando was very clean and presentable. He was very professional and I really respected that he followed covid rules and masked up. He explained everything that needed to be done and once he was convinced I clearly understood the work he got right to work and stayed on it until it was done. He did not drag out the time.
