Fernando was very clean and presentable. He was very professional and I really respected that he followed covid rules and masked up. He explained everything that needed to be done and once he was convinced I clearly understood the work he got right to work and stayed on it until it was done. He did not drag out the time. George gave us honest information about what could be wrong with the car. We started trying to fix it where he said to start and the first thing he said to try worked. He didn’t try to tell us a bunch of different things needed fixed to get more money out of us like I’ve experienced with other mechanics. He was very honest and very helpful. I thank him so much.
