After quality-checking the car following this install, Jay discovered that a magnetic ring component that communicates with the car's sensors was missing from the newly installed wheel bearing that triggered the ABS and Traction Control signs on the dashboard. At the end of the call, he promptly set up a second follow-up appointment through the Warranty Department for warranty replacement of the wheel bearing. After this call, I was assured that the car was safe to drive in between the calls and I found that the car actually drove much smoother and better even while these lights were on. I followed Jay's instruction to not take the car on any icy or slippery surface until the follow up call was finished. I would recommend Jay.
