Robert was terrific as expected. This is our second time using Your Mechanic and Robert specifically. We've got a gaurentee on his work and I have no doubt we will not need to use it. I had spent over 1500$ for valve cover gaskets, an oil change, some much needed electrical work and the shop I hired, did almost nothing, sent the vehicle home running worse than when I took it. Robert came out and fixed all the things this shop did incorrectly, like having to completely re-do the valve cover gaskets. The power steering pump is working great ! I had a bad ignition coil that was causing my engine to misfire. Jonathan was able to find the bad coil and replace all my spell plugs in less than 3 hours. Not bad if I say so myself
