Robert was on time and professional. He is very experienced and made me feel at ease. I had some friends self-diagnose the car. They told me it was the fuel pump. When Robert came, I told him it was the fuel pump. He checked everything first and did a diagnostics check with his computer. Turns out it was a vacuum hose underneath the hood. He found out because of his computer and saved me over $300. He was very honest and knowledgeable. He fixed my car in less than an hour. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

My tire went flat (due a nail) while it was in my garage. I was unable to remove the tire, but Ben was able to quickly remove the tire - and then plugged the tire leak, too, saving me from having to take the tire to a repair shop! He was very professional, on time (actually early) and and overall a great guy the deal with!

very prompt & knowledgable and accomodating,did a good job with serpentine belt replacement but then found faulty compressor unit which caused original belt failure but belt had been worn very much account 116000 miles on it,time for a change anyway!Thanks.
