Also it was very refreshing to be able to talk to the mechanic while correcting the problem. After correcting the problem he test drove the vehicle in which I appreciated. Overall, I'm thankful for the attention received toward addressing the issue. My car runs great and I'm so happy to have used your service. Many thanks for this company. We could not have asked for a better experience! Gustavo arrived early. He was friendly and personable from the moment we said hello and shook hands. He did the 50 point inspection with my husband and son observing. He did not mind them being there at all. He was honest with us and explained everything that needed to be done and how soon each thing should be done. We are definitely going to have him take care of these things for us soon. I highly recommend Your Mechanic, especially for Seniors and those who just don't have the time to go sit at a service center. I am so grateful that Gustavo was assigned to us! I cannot say enough good things about him, his expertise, his service and the way he treated us! We are really happy and look forward to him fixing our truck soon.
