1990 Ford Probe 100,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Dan was prompt and diagnosed my engine leak quickly. Better yet he fixed the leak and explained what caused it. Reasonably priced and worth not having to take it a shop.

First time using this service, located in Spokane, WA area. Michael was able to come look at my overheating issues when nobody else could. Friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. The problem was diagnosed and I must now turn to other means to rectify the situation do to the limitations of YourMechanic services. Will be using the service when needed again. Highly recommend Michael and YourMechanic !

first mechanic your mechanic sent out didn't complete the job, and in fact left the right wheel in such a manor that it would have come off. after going back and forth with your mechanic, they demonstrated proper customer service by sending out james the next day, him agreeing to take on another job even though he was already scheduled. he came fully prepared to undo/redo/properly repair, quickly, efficiently, professionally. as a contractor myself, i fully understand the concept of proper customer service-- the guy nailed it!!!
