Explained the reality of the issue very clearly and explained what to be aware of and how to prevent the issue from recurring. Was also very patient and answered all my questions clearly. Car is now running nicely!

On time, got to work, tested vehicle, gave report, and suggested repair. Good overall, only thing would have been checking the lights on 50 point.

I really felt like Timothy did a good job. It seemed like there was a mixup regarding parts- he called asking me if I had the parts before the job. He said there was trouble with yourmechanic/wrench, which had told him the parts were already with me. At any rate, the appointment started two hours late, but once he was here, he did an outstanding job.
