2007 Ford Five Hundred 120,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Nathan came to diagnose the truck and do a ten point check. He was on time , knowledgeable and hopefully figured out it was a starter problem immediantly. I drove down for one day from Dallas to help my son with repairs . My only complaint was not with Nathan but with the company’s policy regarding having truck diagnosed then having to book and pay for yet another appointment with someone else for repairs. That’s not a very efficient way to do business. One mechanic comes out to diagnose then everything he has spent time trying to figure out is wasted because next mechanic will have to spend time doing the same thing to make repairs at yet another time. Nathan was way more than capable to do repairs so not any issue with him just with company process. I’ll update this review after the next appointment to do repairs today at 3:45. And see if Nathan’s diagnosis was correct. Of course now I’m back in Dallas and truck is still in Austin with my son. I only hope that Nathan does follow ups on his diagnoses and makes sure next mechanic follows Thru .

Michael arrived right on time and very up front with the work that needs to be done, even went out of his way to do a little research on an error code just just so i wouldn’t have to pay unnecessary parts.

George gave us honest information about what could be wrong with the car. We started trying to fix it where he said to start and the first thing he said to try worked. He didn’t try to tell us a bunch of different things needed fixed to get more money out of us like I’ve experienced with other mechanics. He was very honest and very helpful. I thank him so much. Highly recommend.
