I was very happy with my experience. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and did the job with no problems. However, my check engine light came on again after driving four miles, so I believe there is another problem not related to the service I received. Chris was able to arrive early and get on with providing an excellent service and replaced the water pump by tackling the issues that an older well worn piece of equipment can create due to age. The old pump was difficult to extract but Chris used all his knowledge and patience to persevere and remove the old pump and then installed the new pump and cleanup like a true professional. The job is complete and my car is back to performing normal in that area of operation. Thank you Chris !

Scott was friendly, courteous and on time. Too many times you schedule a technician to come to your house and they give you a three hour window. Scott was five minutes early and complete the job within the time quoted. I would highly recommend Scott for another job. I’m already booking another appointment with Scott to fix another vehicle of mine. Their prices are so much better than a shop. Thanks again Scott
