Looking for a mechanic for my elderly father in the area when I stumbled up YourMechanic. In disbelief that anyone made "house calls". Booked an appointment out of desperation, and crossed my fingers. Spoke to David before the appointment with a lot of ???? From me, he was very courteous and patient, answered them all. Called me before he started the work to reassure me and called again after completion to explain. Bill was wonderful. He was on time for scheduled appointment both times. He was honest about what repairs were needed and didn't try to upscale me on unnessesary work. He educated me about my vehicle and even helped me out with another issue while there. He took less time than was scheduled which was great .
