Very punctual and actually texted to see if he could come earlier. Was very knowledgeable.. Turned out I need a transmission repair. Patrick confirmed other needed updates and is sending quotes. I hope to use him again.

This is my first time using this service and I am very happy on the outcome. Nolan had clear communication with the service that I had needed. Before my appointment he had messaged me to ask if I needed a replacement or seal done. The day before my appointment he messaged me saying he had all the parts needed and told me the exact time he was going to be at my house. The quoted time was correct. After Nolan had replaced the part he walked me through what he had done, and told me all the pictures would be uploaded onto the website along with any comments he found. It's very hard going to a mechanic as a woman as most mechanics will talk down to us but I did not have this experience with Nolan. Nolan talked to me with respect and went above and beyond. I wish every mechanic was as nice as Nolan.

Henry was great again! This was my third time, and he gets better and better. Very helpful and informative. Highly recommend Henry!
