2003 Ford E-350 Super Duty 15,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Travis did a great job! The problem with my car was a bit mysterious and had completely stumped another mechanic we hired but Travis was determined to throw everything he had at it until he figured it out and fixed the problem. He's also honest. He bought a part for my car that turned out to be unnecessary and was very clear that he wouldn't be charging me for it. He spent 3 hours working on my car and only charged me for 1 1/2 hours labor. He never left or took a break the whole time he was working on my car. I will definitely be calling Travis the next time my old Ford breaks down!

He did a great job giving me a quote and finding out what the issue was. However, he was unable to fix it on that visit because some parts had to be ordered. So, basically he told me what I thought was wrong with the truck from the beginning. He was polite and on time, and I appreciated that. Thank you, Linda Rector

He's always on time (early, actually), & explained what was wrong & the repair in a way that I could understand (I'm no mechanic).
