Very nice and straight forward

Robert was terrific as expected. This is our second time using Your Mechanic and Robert specifically. We've got a gaurentee on his work and I have no doubt we will not need to use it. I had spent over 1500$ for valve cover gaskets, an oil change, some much needed electrical work and the shop I hired, did almost nothing, sent the vehicle home running worse than when I took it. Robert came out and fixed all the things this shop did incorrectly, like having to completely re-do the valve cover gaskets. The power steering pump is working great ! I didn't realize how bad the one I had was actually getting. When I test drove it, it was like a new vehicle again. Thank you Robert, and thank you Your Mechanic.

Very punctual, nice and polite got to the task at hand very promptly and answered all my questions in between. David was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything I asked him, although there was really no work done (it was a diagnostic on a check engine light) I felt like I was in good hands and looks like I found myself a mechanic I can trust and help me keep my car running like new.
