My Ford E-350 bus needed an engine coil replacement and had been turned away by multiple mechanics who thought it was too much for them to work on and one who only partially fixed the problem. John found the bad coil in my bus within 10 minutes and had the whole job done within 35 minutes. He also verified that the engine wasn't reading anymore misfires before he left.

Also it was very refreshing to be able to talk to the mechanic while correcting the problem. After correcting the problem he test drove the vehicle in which I appreciated.
