We could not have asked for a better experience! Gustavo arrived early. He was friendly and personable from the moment we said hello and shook hands. He did the 50 point inspection with my husband and son observing. He did not mind them being there at all. He was honest with us and explained everything that needed to be done and how soon each thing should be done. We are definitely going to have him take care of these things for us soon. Jean was right on time. We chatted about the job to be sure there were no surprises. He was very polite and never complained about the 94 degree heat. He test drove it and was finished in under two hours. I got new rear brake pads and rotors; a rear wiper blade; brake line flush; and oil change with filter. I had taken the vehicle to a tire shop for an estimate and the guy told me he couldn’t beat the price and would have had to charge me at least $200 more. I’ll definitely request Jean the next time I use “Your Mechanic”.
