He is an amazing guy and a top ranking mechanic! While fixing the MANY issues my car was facing he always took the time to explain everything - what the issue is, why it was happening, how he could fix it, and so much more. I never felt like I was being kept in the dark or being charged more than a fair and decent price. When my car first started having brake issues I paid the Ford dealership to figure out what was wrong and they gave me a sheet of paper that said the brake pads were worn down. While Scott was fixing my car, he actually showed me the issue and then found another serious issue that the Ford dealership missed! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I was skeptical about using YourMechanic,com mostly because no one I know has ever mentioned using it before. I thought that my alternator went out because AAA said he tested my battery and it was fine. It turned out that the alternator was fine, and the battery was dead and would not hold a charge. Andrew will be the first one I call from now one. He knows his stuff, and he gets the job done fast. I also appreciated that he mentioned a couple other things wearing out on my car, but he didn't use scare tactics to get me to book another visit right away. He also sent estimates for those things. Had my first appt. through, yourmachanic.com, With Mr Arturo L, I think all went well with The service he preformed on my truck, left no mess, cleaned area being worked on before placing new parts back on vehicle, very easy to talk with about any issues with vehicle, and learned a few things about my vehicle, also he was able to fix a tough repair in the time allotted, I do have another issue that will need attention soon, and Mr Arturo told me some things I could check myself to narrow down what the problem (appreciate that) Could be before setting up another appointment (could only due one at a time), thank you Arturo.
