2001 Ford Crown Victoria 35,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Despite my fact that my car had died in a precarious spot and that it was not a cool and breezy day James had a great attitude throughout the process and worked tirelessly until my car was running again. I knew prior to this repair session that there were other issues with my car I'd still need to address down the road (very minor things) and I'm already planning to request James for those repairs as well.

Friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of the issue very efficiently and tolerated my kids questions without missing a beat. Will definitely use Joe again if the need arises.

Awesome, awesome, AWESOME. This guy is friendly, confident, comfortable. Knows what he’s doing and cares about what he’s doing. Super communicative and [gratefully] accommodated the urgency of my situation. I couldn’t get my truck to start, and the dealership not only couldn’t get it started after I had it towed to them, but quoted me more than $2000 to “fix” it. Not too certain about their overall assessment, and me knowing for sure a few items listed were NOT the issue, I took my vehicle back and tried YourMechanic for the first time.. Faraz came to diagnose, and zeroed in on the problem FAST. (And the problem Faraz identified wasn’t even listed on the estimate from the dealership!)
