Patrick texted and arrived early for the appointment. Put the vehicle on the machine and gave me results in less than 30 minutes. He explained the problem and the parts and procedure to get it corrected. He was very thorough with his explanation.

Jay from YourMechanic arrived in a pick up truck that appeared to be a professional repair garage on four wheels. Upon arrival, he was able to quickly diagnose and address a strut assembly and wheel bearing replacement recommendation that was originally diagnosed and quoted to me by another repair shop after I discovered the symptoms of faulty struts: Noise clanks, Bumpy Ride, Car takings a small "dive" when braking. I decided to give YourMechanic a try after believing the garage over-quoted me for the replacement parts and install. Jay worked hard and patiently to confirm the final estimate with me and acquire the necessary parts from the Materials Warehouse for this repair job which saved me approximately $500 from what the other garage quoted me with YourMechanic's pre-pay commitment discount applied. After quality-checking the car following this install, Jay discovered that a magnetic ring component that communicates with the car's sensors was missing from the newly installed wheel bearing that triggered the ABS and Traction Control signs on the dashboard. At the end of the call, he promptly set up a second follow-up appointment through the Warranty Department for warranty replacement of the wheel bearing. After this call, I was assured that the car was safe to drive in between the calls and I found that the car actually drove much smoother and better even while these lights were on. I followed Jay's instruction to not take the car on any icy or slippery surface until the follow up call was finished. I would recommend Jay.

Trusted by thousands of happy car owners

Kevin showed up ready to do his job and did just that. He showed me a couple important things on my vehicle I had overlooked and was nothing less than incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and informative. I would, without hesitation recommend him to anyone I know and would gladly use him again.

Tim was great; offered advice instead of just blindly fixing. Also Tim was super friendly and very genuine. Highly recommend!

Patrick was very professional and polite. He inspected my car and found that it wasn't as bad as I thought it was. He is very friendly and I would DEFINATELY recommend Patrick to all my family, friends and co-workers.
