2003 Dodge Ram 2500 51,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I am trying to buy new to me car. I requested a pre-purchase inspection, and Jonathan was my assigned mechanic. I wasn’t present for the inspection but via yourmechanic I was updated upon his arrival and completion. He arrived 2 minutes prior to the appointment time, and I feel gave a very in depth report on his findings. Most things were reported to be ok, but because of his inspection, I was able to ask the dealership to resolve those issues that weren’t or I wouldn’t be buying the car. Now I could’ve taken this car to a shop or dealership and had it inspected, but I live an hour away. The time this saved me not only in travel but waiting as well is worth the price paid!

Tim actually showed up early. He was friendly, patient, thorough and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain to me what was wrong with my truck, what he was immediately able to do to remedy the issue and the next steps that I needed to take to fully get my truck fixed.

Deward did a fantastic job of repairing my 2001 Dodge Ram Truck, it was so nice to hear it running again! Deward is punctual, friendly, hard working and very professional. Highly recommend.
