Chris was awesome. I was told I needed a new water pump by a friend. Had Chris replace my water pump, but it didn't solve the problem. My car still overheated and my coolant was leaking everywhere. He diagnosed the problem right away, realizing it was a little intake hose that needed to be replaced. He showed up early both times he came to work on my car which was definitely not expected, but GREATLY appreciated! Jacob was extremely nice! Very methodical about his approach. I talked to Several mechanics and none of them could explain why my vehicle was doing what it was doing. Jacob told me upfront that he wasn’t sure he would be able to fix it but, I told him to come on out.… LOL… He arrived and had the truck running in 20 minutes. Very nice guy. I highly recommend Jacob.
