Yesterday was the second time I used You Mechanic for at home service and Jay again went above and beyond what was expected. As a disabled/retired car guy myself it was hard to hand off my mechanical chores to someone else, but Jay is a Godsend, I can now rest easy now that I have a mechanic who performs and cares as I have my whole life. Not really a person to give remarks about someones performance whether good or bad but I was impressed by his knowledge of vehicle. Kev was able to help when I was at my wits end trying to figure out the problem. Thanks to him, my charger is back up and running and it only took about 25 mins the rest of the time. The rest of the time he answered questions about the vehicle that i had as well as information on another vehicle i own. I would definitely use this guy again and will recommend him to anyone i know. He's very professional and knowledgeable.

Johnny Showed up on time and quickly got to the bottom of my issues with our truck. It didn't take him long to figure out what was wrong and explained it to me easily. Super friendly and explained all my options. Also put each option on the website so I can see them and know what I am paying up front for the repairs.
