Honest! Where as Mr. Google and I had diagnosed the problem to be a faulty alternator, due to flickering lights, Dan determined the in a few minutes that the battery cables were loose. Had the part to be replaced, based on what I thought to be the problem Fortunately, we didn't need to replace the alternator or anything for that matter. All things considered, the diagnostic fee was fair. Had all the technical skills and knowledge to get the job done. Last, but not least, Dan is friendly. I enjoyed meeting him. Johnathan was not only on time, he was just a a little early to the appointment. When he got here he heard me out completely on the problem and all of the back story of it before assessing it for himself. His thorough approach to the situation allowed him to deliver an accurate diagnosis of my problem and leave me knowing exactly what to do. Although the company doesn't do internal engine work I am now fully prepared to tackle the situation and not keep throwing money at it just putting band-aids on the problem. Had it not been for Johnathan I would have continued fixing one part after another rather than knowing exactly what to do. He was quite pleasant and professional the entire time and I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with their car, whether it be for a diagnosis or to have some work done.
