I have to tell you that Joe is a good mechanic, He came out to service my vehicle for a diagnostic test because of check engine light was on. He showed up exactly on time, lol his phone call woke me up.so I was late. He diagnosed the problem after doing a safety inspection. I found out that it was an O2 sensor down stream, he is coming back on Thursday to repair and also doing my break switch that was showing needed to be replaced also. I found Joe was fair and honest, he didn't think getting my break switch was necessary as I don't use cruise control after telling him, check engine only goes on during City driving vs Highway driving, I said thank you for honesty, but I am getting that repaired as well. i found him very professional, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with. THANK YOU JOE!!! after thought he didn't try and sell me unecessary parts and his diagnostic testing matched one I had with another diagnostic test.

He arrived on time even though I changed location. He was upfront and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and got it done within a brief period of time.

Such a great mechanic! And a good person in general. Did good work, was really nice, and flexible with scheduling. Good communication as well. I’d give him 15 thumbs up!
