1998 Chevrolet Prizm 12,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I would like to say thanks to Chris for providing such good services. A very nice person who knows what he is doing. I will not hesitate to use his services and recommending him to others in the future.

Really nice and professional, great customer service skills. He helped clear up the problem I was having and gave me solid advice on how to proceed if it should re-occur.

Mechanic came 6 hours after my scheduled time. He said that the company never ordered the part which is why he was late. He stayed for about 15 minutes, didn’t do any testing at all, told me it was not the starter and said it was likely a Chevy “electrical gremlin” or the battery (which is brand new.) I paid the $150 service call and he left. The next day, I paid to have my truck towed to an auto shop and within 5 minutes they said it was in fact the starter. They fixed it in about an hour. I do not recommend this online service or Hugh as a mechanic. He was a very nice guy but I was essentially ripped off for $150 for a service call. I told yourmechanic it was the starter and paid for it to be replaced when I made the appointment. Stay away from this service and find a trusted local mechanic.
