Matthew was punctual, and took care of the repair MUCH faster than the initial estimate. Matthew also informed me of some other issues he noticed with my vehicle, & was even able to give me a quote right on the spot for that particular repair. His automobile knowledge is unsurpassed and, much more importantly, his integrity is beyond reproach. Chris was called on by Your Mechanic to assess and, if necessary, correct a situation created by another mechanic. Chris prepared a detailed report (which I doubt was warmly welcomed by management) and then implemented the repairs to get my vehicle operational. Chris earned both my appreciation and respect - he is a "good man".
