Dan was not very convincing of his willingness to solve my engine light problem. Based on the fact I had just had the car repaired (water Pump) under warranty at the stealership. I told him what they told me about a misfiring cyl #4 to be exact but after only a few minuets his response was looks like they changed your spark plugs and I don't have the proper equipment like Cadillac does to say what it really is.

Great experience. Very nice, knowledgeful, and really fast. Clearly competent on all topics. Doesn't pretend to be able to fix things he can't do and refers without hesitation on one part of the problem. My car had multiple problems, so a difficult situation to debug, but he really had no trouble with it and diagnosed nearly instantly.
