Very knowledgeable and professional. Shawn recommended I put at least 3 quarts of oil in the car to eliminate the knocking sound in the engine. Obviously, other mechanical issues may have developed because of low on oil. I went to the auto store right around the corner and put 3 quarts; as recommended by Shawn and the knocking sound went away and the car drives nicely. Nonetheless, other maintenance needs to be done.
