2013 Buick Enclave 30,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Andy called while enroute to confirm the appointment and let me know his expected arrival time which was the scheduled appt time. Upon arrival he introduced himself, explained the process and showed me the parts. He was friendly, easy going and didn't mind when I asked questions or observed. Once complete with the install, he took a test drive and confirmed the problem was resolved. Overall a great experience! So nice to have someone come to me instead of hassling w dropping the car for a day at the shop.... also this was much less than two local shops quoted me! Win-Win!! Thanks Andy & YourMechanic!

Duane Wheeler has done a fine job of identifying the source of my problem. I believe the problem will be solved when the part is received and installed. Scheduled for Thursday Aug 19th.

Brad was fantastic! I thought I was having electrical issues but it was just a battery. Brad installed it quickly and then performed thorough system checks to ensure there was no parasitic draw. I recommend Brad for any service and will use him again. A real pro!
