We are done! I purchased this vehicle almost a year ago, with no viable service records. Peter was able to diagnose, and fix all of the problems that arose, as well as help to solve anything that may have arisen immediately. Lucas fixed my car door lock actuator quickly and professionally. A small part was needed from the dealership but he was quick to pick that up and returned to complete the job. I had my son with me and he made the effort to get my keys to and from me closer so I wouldn’t have to carry my son so far through the parking garage. Common courtesy is not very common these days, which makes me appreciate his thoughtfulness even more!
