My name is Brian Jones, and first, I would like to say, I'am a Veteran and I hope that still holds some weight in my country...Having said that I would never lie or mislead my fellow country men ...The guy was hands down on point from start to finish...As a BMW owner we love our cars but Dealer prices hurt...Well Micheal came to my house totally trusted him changed out my motor mounts half dealer cost .....and now my car is smooth as glass they even take pictures of your parts, and every detail of your car, there is nothing to loose, and all to gain by calling them ....I have a detailed report of a few minor things I need to replace all included with your service ....I'm going to use them from now on

Listened to me explaining the issue, knew exactly what to do and what to diagnose, and in few minutes he found the problem and shared the solution with me. He recommended other preventive actions to avoid future breaks and mechanical issues.
