I was extremely pleased with the efficency and quality of work with Ben. This is so refreshing to encounter a technician with this skill level and experience. In addition Ben has a very nice personality. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate him a 10. The cost of the repair was more than fair and that had a lot to do with his experience and efficiency.

Came out on a Sunday, called ahead of time to see if he could start early. Finished installing the Blower motor in a very short amount of time. Explained what he had done and cleaned up. Didn't charge me for a part that he didn't use. Highly recommend Chris. Will be continuing to call upon him for my cars.

Arrived on time (and communicated arrival time upfront!), quickly diagnosed the larger issue (how to get to the headlamp bulb), and quickly performed the work needed (even with the additional inconvenience of having to remove some of the front bumper support). Also found and fixed a missing screw that would never have been noticed normally. Highly recommended.
