Chris was great. He was early to the appointment, very communicative (responsive almost immediately for text and calls). He did a pre-purchase inspection for me on a car, and I was not able to attend the inspection. He was extremely honest with his feedback regarding both the car and the quality of the sale in general. Very thorough and professional!
The first mechanic, Cesar, cancelled 30 min before the appointment. Called the service center - Theodore swooped in and saved the day.
He showed up on time and found several issues. I will not be purchasing the vehicle.
This is my first experience with Your Mechanic and (other than that Cesar guy) I am very impressed.
I will use him on my next PPI, later this week.
