Pardeep is both competent and friendly. I intended to replace pads and rotors front + back. However, Pardeep advised me to only replace the front as the back still had 80% left. I ended up saving a few hundred dollars in addition to the service also being cheaper than my dealer and nearby shop. Great experience overall!
