Chris was great. He was early to the appointment, very communicative (responsive almost immediately for text and calls). He did a pre-purchase inspection for me on a car, and I was not able to attend the inspection. He was extremely honest with his feedback regarding both the car and the quality of the sale in general. I'm not a "car-person" and I felt like I could ask him anything and everything and not worry about coming across as stupid. I felt much better about my purchase after he was able to look at the car and give me his report.

Chuck is just an awesome dude. I live in Queens, NY and was interested in purchasing a car located in Plano Texas. Due to Covid-19 travel restrictions, I could not take a trip down there myself to see it. Chuck stepped in and performed a pre purchase car inspection. He did a great job and was very very thorough. So much so that he found additional scuffs and scratches that the dealer claimed they didn't see. I asked him to take pictures for me of the entire car, inside and out. He did not disappoint. The dealer company even joked about having him come work for them. That was exactly what I needed, someone to represent me in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
